I am writing to express my gratitude in all your efforts in selling my property. It's not an easy decision as to whom to entrust your property for sale and even harder being an interstate vendor. The reason I chose Lakes and Portside for the job is because I remember how tough they negotiated with me when I purchased this property through them 8 years ago. Although they were tough, they acted professionally and treated me with respect. The sale of this property was a difficult endeavour. The market was flat, the property had suffered structural damage from termites and it also presented poorly. Throughout the marketing period Nick and Greg kept me thoroughly informed on progress, had the courage to deliver honest feedback about price and negotiated the best result possible for me in the end. The most distinguishing act that impressed me was calling Nick one day weeks before settlement. I asked him what he was doing and he was at my property loading rubbish into a skip with a tradesman he'd sought on my behalf. He was working with the tradesman to save me money on cleaning the property before settlement. Nick knew that I'd lost a lot of money on this property due to circumstances outside any of our control and wanted to spare me any more loss.
