I knew of Lakes and Portside Real Estate as I had received information in my letterbox from them and they had sold 2 properties in my street. No advertising plans were pushed onto us and I was given truthful opinions and facts. I really appreciated the honesty and the prompt phone calls after inspections. No false hopes were given. The service, communication and courtesy were fantastic.
